Designed to foster learning through competition and translate knowledge into action, the event encourages every member of the "corporate family" to revisit the company’s history, deeply internalize its core culture, master management protocols, and reinforce the fundamentals of workplace safety. Participants are forging consensus through friendly rivalry and preparing to embark on a new journey while honoring the company's legacy. Six elite teams have gathered to showcase their expertise and passion, delivering a spectacular, high-level showdown.

Message from the General Manager: Fostering Learning Through Competition

At the start of the event, Mr. Tang Qilun, General Manager of Sytai Technology, delivered an inspiring address. The Showdown: A Battle of the Best

This competition features five exciting rounds. The "Steady and Sure" round tests fundamental knowledge; the "Striving for Excellence" round is a test of knowledge reserves, as well as speed and daring—quick hands alone don't guarantee a win; precision is key.
Then comes the "Peak Showdown" (high-stakes round), where teams choose questions worth 10, 20, or 30 points; correct answers earn points while incorrect ones result in deductions—reflecting the bold, enterprising spirit of the Xinyatai team. Finally, the corporate culture segment allows team representatives to share sincere reflections based on their own work experiences; no flowery language is needed, as every day spent at Xinyatai serves as the best answer. The champion, runner-up, and third-place winner are determined by the cumulative score across all five rounds, with results displayed in real-time throughout the event.

Award Ceremony: A Moment of Glory

Following the competition came the moment of glory, with on-site awards presented to the teams that took first, second, and third place.
