Going Green Together: A Collective Push to Conclude the First Half of the Year | Embracing Health: Gathering Strength at Yingmei for the Second Half

As June drew to a close, the sunshine was as intense as our passion. On June 28–29, the entire staff of Sytai Technology left the city's hustle and bustle behind to head to Yingmei Canyon in Xiushui County, Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province, for a two-day, one-night outdoor team-building trip themed "Going Green Together, Embracing Health." Amidst the lush green mountains and clear waters, we released stress, challenged ourselves, and forged a stronger, united team.

Day 1: Braving the Rapids and Dancing with the Waves

On the morning of June 28, the team set off amidst laughter and cheer, arriving at our destination: Yingmei Canyon. Set against a backdrop of vast cherry blossom groves, the location features winding, deep canyons and crystal-clear river waters.

The highlight of the trip—tandem canyon rafting—kicked off in earnest. Pairing up freely, we boarded our rafts and navigated a natural, 4.6-kilometer river course. As rushing currents sent up sprays of water, teammates worked in sync to steer the rafts. Amidst the bumpy ride, the screams of excitement, and playful water fights, we completely shook off work-related fatigue, truly experiencing the thrill of "dancing with the waves" and conquering the rushing waters.

Day 2: Fun Competitions and Unified Spirit

After a night of rest, the morning of June 29 brought a series of energetic, fun-filled games. Teams were reorganized through a random number-calling process, effectively breaking down existing departmental barriers.

Each team worked in unison to complete various challenges, brainstorming strategies and coordinating tasks while striving for team glory. In these moments, job titles and hierarchical ranks vanished; everyone stood united as one. Through mutual trust and collaboration, our team cohesion was further elevated.

Following the games, Ms. Chen Jingjing, Deputy General Manager of Sytai Technology, personally presented awards to the winning teams. The event also recognized outstanding employees from the Marketing Center who excelled in acquiring new clients, rewarding their hard work and exceptional performance with tangible appreciation.

Although the two-day, one-night team-building event has concluded, the courage ignited amidst the natural scenery and the rapport forged through the games will remain deeply imprinted in the hearts of every Sytai team member. Embracing nature together, we have made the most of midsummer; with health as our companion, we march together toward the future!
